glazed nuts and autism…

…come together at dinkers!

based in southern utah, dinkers specializes in gourmet glazed nuts, including almonds, pecans, and peanuts. owners devon and anna are passionate about more than just delivering delicious nuts—they're committed to fostering an inclusive environment. dinkers mission is to provide meaningful employment opportunities to neurodivergent young adults, empowering them toward greater independence.

with over four years of mentorship experience in the industry, devon and anna, drawing from her personal experience with autism in the family, truly understand the challenges neurodivergent adults face. in fact, the dinkers name and logo have a special connection to their family story. anna’s sister, kathryn, who has autism, created the dinkers brand. kathryn loves drawing animals and writing short stories; she depicted devon as “dinkers the giraffe” when he joined the family. when devon and anna decided to start their gourmet nut business in st. george, kathryn was given the honor of creating the brand’s logo and name—dinkers glazed nuts.

in october 2024, dinkers launched a sister brand along side nuerodev called neurodivergent nuts, advancing their mission to “embrace neurodivergence one nut at a time.” check out the website to learn more about the incredible team behind this initiative.
