We work hard to get your dinkers® order packed up and on its way as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

After your order has been processed, please allow up to an additional 5 business days for shipping and delivery.

Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

dinkers® is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we'll be happy to help you look into it.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, dinkers® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
